Empower
the Stateless
Featuring notable initiatives and individuals from the Rohingya diaspora community with the goal to connect to interested parties willing to offer their support.
Many second and third generation stateless Rohingya live a shadow existence in their host societies and encounter significant obstacles in generating a livelihood and keeping themselves out of poverty. The goal of the Project is to create the foundation for a viable economic and social future for our people and connect these Rohingya to opportunities to learn, equip and empower themselves.
Along with economic empowerment, the Rohingya need to drastically rebuild cultural and education institutions which have been devastated as a result of the persecution and forced relocation. The Rohingya youth are similarly deprived of vital educational opportunities which forms the basis of their future success.
Based on the present needs for the Rohingya, the Rohingya Project Empowerment page features notable initiatives and individuals from the Rohingya diaspora community with the goal to connect to interested parties willing to offer their support. Forms of support can include sponsorship, educational/work opportunities, logistic assistance, access to institutional exposure & resources, and professional pro-bono services.
